after Breakfast in Guesthouse meeting in my center to Opening-Ceremony, Meditation and showing my place. Visiting Rhinefall walking 20min by foot. Depending on weather and situation: go with little boat to the rock in middle of Rhinefall. Lunch somewhere. Afternoon visiting Schaffhausen Castle and old town. Enjoying the place. Dinner in Old Town of Schaffhausen, Evening Meditation in my center.

Travel to the mountain Ebenalp Appenzell Area with walking to the holy cave
