Drive to Shigatse via Gyantse.( 3,950m, 350km, 8 hrs) Drive to Tibetan town of Gyantse via the Southern Friendship Highway. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Himalayas and from Kamba La (4, 704m) and Karo La (5,045m). The road runs more than 40 miles along the bank of beautiful Yamdrok Tso Lake, which is the most scenic part of this trip, visit the Pelkor Chode Monastery and Kumbum Stupa and drive to Shigatse-the second largest city of Tibet. Drive to Saga (4,600m, 450km, 8-9 hrs) Visit Tashi Lhunpo monastery in the early morning and drive to Saga via Lhatse, A few kilometres beyond Lhatse, we cross the Brahmaputra River and after the crossing, the road enters a river valley with scattered villages. This is a beautiful area for photographs. We continue on, past the turn-off for the northern route, and arrive at Saga, having covered 450 km during the day. Over night in Saga guest house. |

12.07.: 5. Tag Lhasa - Gyantse - Shigatse (F/M)
Fahrt nach Gyantse. Die Strecke ist landschaftlich großartig und führt über den Gampa-La Pass zum Yamdrok-Tso See,
dem drittgrössten heiligen See in Tibet. Überquerung des Karo-La Pass (5000müM). In Gyantse Besuch des Pelkhor Kloster
mit den schönsten Kunstdarstellungen Tibets sowie die 100'000 Buddha Pagode Kumbum. Anschliessend Fahrt nach Shigatse.
Besuch des Tashilhunpo (Berg des Glücks) Klosters, dem bedeutendsten Gelupa-Kloster. Shigatse war Sitz der Pantschen Lama.
Im Kloster befindet die grösste vergoldete Statue von Maitreya, dem Buddha der Zukunft. Übernachtung in Shigatsee,

Fahrt nach Shigatse via die südliche Route. Der Yamdrok-See, drei Pässe und das

The inner experience: The first part:
Related to the Chakras and the kabbalistic Tree of Life. We begin at the root and move from the East to the
Ouest towards the Crown, the 7Chakra, day by day.Related to the inbreath, the path of learning and accumulating
knowledge, the youth of life, the path of Karma. Corresponding with Aura-Soma-Equilibrium-Bottles and the
Aura-Soma-Tarot-Cards (representing the outward-paths on the Tree of Life) # 0-21. The second part: The Kora
around the Holy Mount Kailash (the male God) and around the Holy Lake Manasarovar (the female Goddess). The
entering into to the inner heart, the oneness, the stillpoint between inbreath and outbreath. in the 7.Chakra,
reflecting the 1Chakra and the potential of all together. Corresponding with Aura-Soma: All bottles placed in
the Spheres of the Tree of Life (the 4 worlds and the Court-Cards), The third part: The 3.part connects with

Prerequisite: Inner call, normal good health condition, used to be in nature and to simple life-style,
non-judgement, self-confidence....
Preparation: Go out into the nature, do a 1-day-trip with full equipment (the shoes, the cloths and the
backback you will use in Tibet). Do a indepth health-check at your doctor. Prepare your personal medicine
(homeopathy is a good way). Physical exercices and meditation as often as possible. 01.August 2007 Dear Wolfgang, we could see in Chengdu airport, how your plain was rolling the runway,
but then came unbelievable storm and the airport was closed for more than two hours...We waited and waited for
the start in the aircraft...We arrived in shanghai well and perfectly, but three hours later and the welcome
temperature was 39 Degrees Celsius with high humidity... For me the Tibet-Journey was also quite impressing
and challenging. Also a little management training was there... But in the end I am very happy, because I did
not expect such a nice trip and such a good group of people and I could take the responsibility over my own
process. For the first time in my life I met so many colours of life (not only by taking the cards...) I highly
appreciate the perfect guidance by Mr. Kelsang and by YOU. This guidance was really important for me and I could
really enjoy the beautiful group and unbelievable nice Tibet countryside...I downloaded the photos in my Computer, I could only hard believe, that we could have such a perfect time in Tibet and that I could do such a nice pictures...
I think also about next year already...I think, now some people from our Company would want to go to Tibet in 2008...yeah why not... Can be also mixed culture as this time...I get now used to this fact...

Participants: This journey is designed to the "seekers of the truth" who feel the calling by the Tibetan buddhist culture and by
the holy Mountain and the holy Lake of the Buddhist, Hindus, Jains and Böns. It is a Sacred Journey on the pathway of
individuation. From Lhasa, the 1.Chakra, with a deep inbreath we travel step by step, from Chakra to Chakra, the outward
journey reaching finally the 7.Chakra, the point of the inner marriage between the Mount Kailash and the Lake Manasarowar.
From there with the letting go, the deep outbreath we follow the return journey back to the root. The Teachings, Rituals
and Aura-Soma will be our daily companions und supporting act.
Prerequisites and Preparation: normal health (medical health-test needed as the highest point or our journey is 5700m
over sea level), passion, and appropriate preparation.
Meeting: For all participants for updated informations and getting to know each other.
